During your 24 weeks of pregnancy, your baby is around 30 cm long and weighs almost 600g! That’s the size of an eggplant. At 24 weeks, your baby’s body parts have all developed, including the face, but the skin will appear reddish and wrinkled as they do not have underlying connective tissue yet.
By 24 weeks, most people have gained between 10-15 pounds, which is around 4.5- 7kg. If you’re gaining more or less, it is best to check with your doctor to ensure your baby’s growth is healthy. Also, as your belly is growing, you should start considering wearing a maternity belt to help support your abdomen, especially when you’re exercising.
