Balsamic vegetable pasta recipe – 250 calories

Ingredients:
- 500 g of Italiano’s penne pasta
- 3 tablespoons olive oil separated into 3 portions
- 1 small diced red onion
- 450 g chopped asparagus
- 1 small head of broccoli cut into small pieces
- 1 sliced red bell pepper
- Salt and ground pepper to taste
- 5 minced garlic cloves
- 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- freshly-grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Boil Italiano’s penne pasta in a large pot of salted water, stir until cooked, drain, and set aside.
- Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add the onions, and stir occasionally for 4 minutes.
- Then, add the vegetables with a pinch of salt and pepper and sautee for 4-5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add the cooked pasta to the veggie mix along with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and black pepper then stir all together.
- Garnish with Parmesan cheese before serving.
Lemon garlic shrimp pasta recipe – 319 calories

Ingredients:
- 250 g of Italiano’s fettuccine pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 tablespoons light butter
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 450 g large shrimps
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 4 cups baby spinach
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon squeezed lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- In a large pot, boil water, add a dash of oil and salt, and then add the pasta and stir frequently until cooked.
- Drain the pasta and set aside.
- Melt 1 tablespoon of butter and olive oil in a pan and then add garlic and red pepper until garlic turns brown.
- Add shrimps, salt, and pepper until shrimps start to look pinkish, then add oregano and spinach.
- Place the cooked pasta in the pan and add the rest of the butter, Parmesan cheese, and parsley. Keep stirring until the butter melts.
- Once the shrimps are fully cooked, add lemon juice, and mix all together.
Spaghetti with avocado sauce recipe – 409 calories

Ingredients:
- 500 g of Italiano’s spaghetti pasta
- 2 peeled avocados
- 1 smashed garlic clove
- 1 bunch of chopped spring onions
- 1 squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Boil water in a large pot, add a dash of oil and salt, and then add Italiano’s spaghetti and stir frequently until cooked.
- Place avocados, garlic, spring onions, lemon juice and olive oil in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- When the pasta is cooked, save 1/2 cup of cooking water and drain the rest.
- Add the water to the avocado paste and blend again.
- Combine pasta and avocado paste together and stir.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
Healthy mac and cheese recipe – 400 calories
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Italiano’s elbow macaroni
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 small onion
- 1 small butternut squash
- 5 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup grated cheese
