Drink lots of water
Keeping yourself hydrated will make you urinate a lot more. This will prevent your urine from smelling odd and therefore will help keep your vagina smelling fresh, too.
Clean your vagina after sex
Because any foreign bacteria can impact the balance of your vagina’s PH level, it is essential that you wash your vagina well after any sexual encounters. It is also recommended that you use a condom during sex to prevent bad odor from occurring.
Watch your diet
The foods you eat can have a huge impact on the taste and smell of your vagina. For example, eating too much garlic can make your vagina taste and smell bad, whereas eating yogurt can have a positive impact as the probiotics it contains help prevent infection and maintain a healthy PH level.

- Cranberry juice
- Ginger tea
