During the coronavirus lockdown where everyone fears infections, online shopping is not a luxury anymore especially when it comes to essential groceries. Ordering online is more convenient than ordering from a supermarket via phone or heading to the store. All the items are on display in the app and you select what you want to ensure that you receive the exact products you ordered.
I tried The Grocery Shop application and here is everything I loved about it.

What you see is what you get as all the items have relevant pictures on display and the stock represents real time availablity. The bar code scanning feature is perfect as you can scan the bar code of the item you need and then it is displayed on the screen to simply add to the cart. I also added my frequently-used items to my favorite list for easy access later on. You can also track your order online and check live updates of the whereabouts of the order captain.

I bet the person behind The Grocery Shop understands how difficult it is to put your little one to bed. That’s why there is an option at the checkout section where delivery men do not ring the doorbell and call instead. Besides you can also ask for your order to be left at your doorstep without any contact.

Sold out sanitizers left us all in a state of panic. Imagine, you have a bedridden old family member who is in need of diapers. The Grocery Shop provides them.
Convenience of receiving orders
You choose the day and exact time of delivery. The app gives you a range of two hours, and they operate from 9 am to 11 pm. Moreover, there is an express delivery option for extra fees.
Decency and hygiene precautions of the delivery man

How many times have you abandoned a certain kind of service because of its customer service or courier company? The delivery man was very respectful and showed up wearing a mask and gloves which is essential during our quarantine.
