A few days ago, I came across a weird question on a Facebook community group. A lady was wondering if she had to unwrap the dishwasher tablet before using it. “What kind of question is that?” I thought to myself.
The moment I was about to type my comment, I was amazed by the hundreds of women claiming that she shouldn’t unwrap it. Then, I started reading other comments about how women have been mistakenly unwrapping tablets for years. Thank God I’m not alone.
When I turned 30, I took a decision to dive into new experiences and rediscover myself. However, I didn’t imagine that I would discover I have been using Finish dishwasher tablets wrong my whole life. In a fraction of a second, I realized I have been wasting years trying to unwrap the tightly covered tablet with a thin knife without ruining it. I’ve complained a hundred times about tablets turning into flakes everytime I unwrap them. I always thought it’s a manufacturing defect.
Ironically, I found these instructions on the pack with three different illustrations. I haven’t noticed them for years! Reading the instructions and the manuals make sense now.
NOTE TO SELF AND EVERYONE ELSE: Do not unwrap dishwasher tablets.
