The quarantine experience has been hard on everyone. Mothers suddenly became teachers, cooks, and sole family carers, in addition to working from home. The lockdown took its toll on all of us, especially athletes. Sudden deprivation of daily workouts -which are basically stress relievers- is something that we refuse to accept. While we can’t spend a glorious hour sweating at the gym, we can still work out just as fiercely online with Rahet Bally.
I have personally tried working out alone at home. It is not enjoyable or motivating. I need to see fellow athletes sweating their heads off and hardly breathing so I can keep going. Hence, joining an online group workout session is a perfect alternative. Starting April 7, there will be two ongoing workout programs; groups and solo.
The GROUP Transformation Program offers:
- Group workouts 3 times/week (Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday)

- One Month Program without a nutrition plan for EGP 900 using your Rahet Bally Card or EGP 1000 without the Rahet Bally Card.
- One Month Program with a nutrition plan for EGP 1200 using your Rahet Bally Card or EGP 1300 without the Rahet Bally Card.
The SOLO Transformation Program offers:

- Written workout plans with video links for each exercise
- Weekly tailored nutrition plans
- 24/7 online support
- Payments could be made via bank transfer or a courier (for an extra fee of EGP 40 )
The SOLO training program offers two different packages:
- One-month program without a nutrition plan for EGP 650
- One-month program with a nutrition plan for EGP 850
