Khali Balak Min Zizi is on the top of Ramadan trends this year. The series, starring Amina Khalil and Mohamed Mamdouh, sheds light on an extremely important issue which is ADHD (Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder).
The mental health disorder can cause an increased level of hyperactive and impulsive behaviors for children and adults. The show tackles the disorder through the story of Zizi, a young woman who suffers from ADHD, but was never diagnosed, which caused many problems in her personal life that ended with divorce.

The series features a parallel story to Zizi’s which is the problem of a schoolgirl, Tito, who suffers from ADHD as well. Due to her behavior – wrongly perceived as lack of manners – she faces many problems at school. Due to Tito’s slow academic performance, she was transferred from Grade 3 to Grade 2. She is bullied by one of her school mates, Sandy, who makes of fun of her real name, Atyat.
