Located at The Cloud By Rahet Bally, inside Ramage compound, Moshir Tantawy Axis, New Cairo, you’ll find a number of different exercise programs to follow to help get you on the right track and take advantage of Ramadan.
At The Cloud, you’ll not only have the benefit of training with certified, professional coaches who know what they’re doing, but also enjoy a ladies-only exercise where you won’t have to worry about what you wear. Not only that, but you’ll also be able to enjoy free babysitting services to watch your kids while exercising.

There are two Fit Mama programs during Ramadan; one is an exercise program that gives you access to working out 3 times a week, and the second one is the same workouts, plus a nutrition plan to help you take care of your diet, too.
During Ramadan, kickboxing will be available at The Cloud by Rahet Bally on Sunday, Tuesdays, and Thursdays pre-iftar at 3 pm and 4 PM or post-iftar at 9:30 pm. The Fit Mama exercise only program is for EGP 1360 instead of EGP 1600, whereas the Fit Mama nutrition and exercise program is for EGP 1530.
Fit Mama Advanced
If you’ve been working out regularly and your fitness and endurance levels are higher, then the Fit Mama Advanced program will better suit your fitness level and help you lose weight faster. During Ramadan, the Fit Mama Advanced program will operate three times per week on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 4 pm pre-Iftar and 8:30 pm post-Iftar for EGP 1700.
The kickboxing fitness program costs 1360 EGP instead of 1600 EGP during the month of Ramadan. This fitness class will help you burn your fats away, strengthen your muscles, and improve your endurance level all at the same time. During Ramadan, Kickboxing will be available at The Cloud By Rahet Bally on Sunday, Tuesdays and Thursdays pre-iftar at 3 pm or post-iftar at 9:30 pm.
If you don’t think you can exercise during Ramadan but still want to get off the couch and add a bit of physical activity to your day, then you could join Rahet Bally’s Yoga Ramadan program. It will be held once a week, every Tuesday at 2 pm, and costs EGP 750 for a monthly package.
