27 weeks pregnant
Your baby at 27 weeks pregnant is growing and is now the size of a cauliflower weighing 875 g and a height of 36.6 cm. It’s normal to feel your baby kicking and even see an extruding fist or foot on the side of your belly as your baby stretches. Your baby’s lungs are developing and they are now able to breathe. While your baby’s skin was wrinkled a few weeks ago, the skin is filled with fats and maturing organs that make the skin even out.
At 27 weeks, your baby will be able to distinguish different voices and is probably specifically familiar with your voice by now.
