During 28 weeks of pregnancy, your baby weighs almost 1 kg and is around 37.5 cm. That’s almost the size of a pineapple. As your baby continues to grow, your pregnant belly starts to suffer from more pressure which can result in sensitivity to certain foods such as oily and fatty foods, salty foods, and even spicy foods. You’ll also feel increased back pain which can be relieved with back stretches and back strengthening exercises.
It’s important to stay hydrated as your skin stretches and apply moisturizing creams and anti-stretch mark creams to help avoid itchiness and reduce the risk of stretch marks.
