This means that you can now confirm your pregnancy. Your body now is preparing to host the blastocyst which will soon evolve into an embryo and head to the uterus.
While you will miss a period during your 3-week pregnancy, it is still too soon for an ultrasound. However, a pregnancy test can help you confirm your pregnancy during the 3rd week of your pregnancy.
