With countries all over the globe starting to open up travel only for vaccinated people, Egypt has started to issue vaccination certificates with a QR code to prove one’s vaccination status.
The representative of the Ministry of Health recently stated that Egypt is preparing over 125 travel vaccination offices nationwide where one can get a vaccination certificate similar to a vaccination passport. These offices will also facilitate travel for those in need to travel and who have not yet received their vaccination.

According to the Ministry of Health’s representative, getting a vaccination certificate similar to a vaccination passport will be possible within one of the 125 offices across the country. You can check here where the closest office to you is and will only require a fee of EGP 100 for Egyptians or $10 for foreigners. This will allow you to get an instant vaccination certificate accepted for travel with a QR code.
Just a heads up as these offices are fairly new, be sure to check that they have started operating as the feedback of Egyptians has been quite confusing. While some people found the process to be a piece of cake, others visited several offices to find that they only took 100 cases per day or haven’t even begun the process yet.
